Lively, energetic and motivating Group Exercise Classes in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Our timetable of LIVE Zoom classes gives mums' flexibility, accountability and are an excellent option for creating community and camaraderie without having to leave the house. Mums have increased flexibility to work around their busy schedule with no need for childcare and no travelling time required. Ultimately a more cost effective and convenient option making exercise more accessible and affordable.

Dumbbells are our preferred weights – they are extremely versatile, and mums will enjoy a wide range of low impact compound and isolation movements to build muscle, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. We are big encouragers and will always provide options to both regress and progress movements to ensure that each and every mum is suitably challenged.

In addition to attendance at live group exercise classes, mums also have access to recordings via a private Facebook page – this is an excellent platform enabling mums to catch up on workouts in their own time.

Step Into Fitness

Our 4-Week Online Bootcamp for mums who are complete beginners or who are returning to exercise weeks*, months or years after giving birth. I have created this condensed programme because I know how scary and intimidating it can be to jump into classes with other mums that are further along in their health and fitness journey. We start off with the fundamentals of connecting your core and pelvic floor. Particular focus is given to foundation moves that work towards strengthening the posterior chain and improving postural distortions caused in pregnancy, the postnatal period and general lifestyle habits. The bootcamp has a structured and progressive approach to exercise which is a kinder, more effective and ultimately a safer way for mums to reach their health and fitness goals.

You cannot out-train a poor diet and therefore mums are given nutritional support in order to maximise results. You'll receive top tips, nutritional advice and a starter pack of delicious, calories controlled, high protein meal and snack ideas.

Weekly check ins provide further accountability and an opportunity to offer further support.
