Healing Strength combines gentle exercise, emotional support and community — helping you reconnect with your body, process grief, and feel a little more like yourself again.


What's included?
Weekly Zoom Classes — low-impact strength & mobility sessions, suitable for all abilities. Bodyweight recommended however dumbbells can be incorporated for mums who exercised prenatally and want/require more of a challenge
Private Support Group — a safe space to share, connect and feel less alone
Grief-Informed Coaching — led by a qualified pre and postnatal coach and loss mum who truly understands
Resources & Check-ins — tools and signposting to help you care for your body and mind
